The [Angels] squad are World War 2 Air Combat aficionados who seek to learn historical tactics and fight virtual air combat events as a cohesive tactical unit.

With a published training manual reviewed by WW2 air combat aces and veterans - "Angels and Airspeed" - the squad trains all members to a high level of proficiency over a course of 41 weeks. This training ensures that an [Angels] squad member will be a deadly adversary who knows how to not only fight effectively as an individual but as a member of a pair, flight or package.

 

The guiding principles of the squad are the following:

Honesty- Do not cheat.
Integrity - Behave in a just and humane manner. Be forthright and without cowardice.
Tolerance - [Angels] are a secular squad - your religion is your business, not ours. All forms of Bigotry are unwelcome.
Teamwork - Work with your squadmates in a manner that benefits the squad.
Training - Members are expected to attend regular and intensive training working through established and proven training material.
Professionalism - A professional attitude in members is expected. Stay informed on squad events by regularly checking in.
Equality - All members of the squad are equals, though members are assigned combat roles as they progress through training.
