Each token sale consists of two distinct phases. The interest discovery period and the investment period. In interest discovery you can register your interest for the deal. This period is open until the allocation is filled and is followed by investment phase. Once open, you will be able to invest same amount as you registered in interest discovery period.

Fee is already incorporated in price of the token offered on our platform. The fee is individual per deal and can be found under the information icon next to the token price.

In most of the cases we raise USDC. Required currency is specified in each deal summary.

NGMI – You won’t be able to participate in token sale.

You have the flexibility to modify your allocation for the deal until the end of the interest discovery phase. Simply initiate a new transaction, and the system will record your latest choice. Ensure that you make any desired changes before the interest discovery phase eds. Once this phase ends, you won't have the opportunity to adjust your intended allocation any further.

The price discovery period is obligatory. If you register and do not invest in upcoming phase, your wallet might be banned for future deals! Please, register only once you are 100% committed to complete the investment.

Please make sure you read the deal details carefully. Usually, the invest amount has to be same as the one you registered in interest discovery phase.

Minimum investment usually starts at just $500. Maximal investment depends on the overall interest. Min/Max allocation for each deal is specified in deal details.

Tokens will be distributed directly to your wallet, following the vesting schedule in deal description. Claim option will be available for each user once its available. We will inform about it also on our social media..
