They have already developed a fully functional product for games, such as Counter Strike, Warcraft3, DOTA, FIFA, LOL across various platforms - mobile, PC, XBOX and PS.
• One of the biggest selling points of this deal is the fact, that this is already working product. Furthermore, the platform is generating a sustainable profit without any marketing presence. In May 2023, the platform reported an impressive user base of over 80,000 active platform users, with its monthly income exceeding $60,000. Since it is a game of skill, they do not require any special license to operate. Instead, it is sufficient to have a legal entity in a jurisdiction that recognizes the industry, which they already possess.
• The token offers a range of use cases, including providing access to tournaments, enabling revenue sharing from platform profits through token buybacks (with 10% of profits allocated to this purpose), offering reduced fees on the platform, and allowing NFT arena owners the opportunity to earn profits by hosting tournaments. • The project is currently generating revenue exceeding $60,000 per month, primarily from the fees paid by players for using the platform. This revenue is sufficient to cover the team's operational expenses (burn rate).
• Furthermore, all this revenue has been generated without a media presence. The project's traction has been driven by founder, Nikola Ivanuk, a 7-time E-football World Champion and well-known person in E-sports. With his extensive connections in the industry, they were able to attract over 83,000 players to the platform without the need for any significant marketing efforts. Notably, they have not even utilized Twitter or any other marketing channels yet.
• Pre-seed round has favorable valuation considering stage of the project, which is $7M and initial market cap of $270K. Public sale will be valuated at $25M.
• Miomi is not creating another web3 tool with uncertain usage. The platform was created specifically to address the absence of such a service in the e-gaming industry highlighted by Nikola.
