Finally, at the request of several KOLs, we managed to secure an OTC deal with a valuation of 735M. FUEL has upcoming major releases, which will be presented at ETH Denver, starting this Friday. The project is currently raising another round at a valuation of 1B.

Due to the nature of the deal - OTC, we must fill 300K, or skip the deal. That's why we need to act quickly.

We coordinate deal with Panzer, so the deal is only open to 235K, with 65K already booked.

Vesting: We're purchasing v1 tokens that are already transferable. Then, there's the option to lock tokens into v2 with a vesting of 12 months cliff + 12 months linear vesting. The TGE for v2 is scheduled for 7/2024. There are rumors, which we cannot confirm even through communication with the CEO, that the cliff will be removed for v1 tokens that get staked into v2.

If 300K is not reached, we will initiate a refund.
